Super friendly staff with smiles.

thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, thank you. the whole venue was perfectly clean and the staff was very amiable and especially helpful. the room was modern and freshly renovated with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and flat-screen tv. the bed was comfortable, a bidet worked well. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

Charming traditional key system

The location was great for me as it was really close to metro station very close by, the most exclusive areas and all major attractions.

Got the same big twin room with good facilities booked online, loved that. The location was peaceful and convenient, because a bus stop was based near the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Vaticano Prati district.

Good intentions, flawed execution

Offering fantastic local dining recommendations. Immaculate cleaning showed their attentiveness. Breakfast options were varied and delicious too!

Sound insulation between rooms was poor, leading to disturbances. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent-frustrating when needing to plan my day.

The breakfast offered a good variety, with fresh pastries and luxurious sweets, all served in a clean and tidy environment. Staff members were friendly, everything ran smoothly . I experienced some issues with weak shower pressure and occasional Wi-Fi inconsistency. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting were great.

It totally exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit in rome. The cozy atmosphere, along with the good breakfast options and helpful staff, really stood out to me.

Struggling with lackluster shower pressure that can leave you feeling less than refreshed. Dining consistency takes a hit-one morning the croissant is good, the next, it's a dry disappointment. The kettle size feels unwieldy for the sink.

I appreciated the beautifully decorated common areas. The accessible layout allowed for easy movement, and the friendly staff were always ready to assist.

But hold up, the shower was a bit of a disaster with drainage issues-talk about a slippery slope! And the Wi-Fi? Let's just say it had more ups and downs than a rollercoaster.
